stayLIT LLC operates staylitcanna.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

stayLIT LLC is a Minnesota-licensed cannabis business. We are a business-to-business company, and the Site is directed to licensed cannabis operators, regulators, and other professional audiences. The Site is informational. We do not sell cannabis or cannabis products to consumers through the Site, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

The Site is informational, and you are not required to provide any personal information to browse it. We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, which may include:

The content of any message or inquiry you send us

Information about your cannabis license, license type, and jurisdiction

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

With your consent. Where you have directed or authorized us to do so.

Regulatory Reporting and Recordkeeping

Licensed cannabis wholesale and transportation operations are subject to extensive recordkeeping, manifesting, tracking, reporting, and inspection requirements.

Information relating to product we handle, including manifests, chain-of-custody records, and transport documentation, is recorded and maintained as required by law and may be entered into state seed-to-sale tracking systems and made available to regulators, licensing authorities, and law enforcement. Vehicles and facilities may be subject to inspection.

Nothing in this Policy limits our obligation to comply with those requirements, and we cannot agree to withhold information we are legally required to record, report, or produce.

Operational Data

This Policy addresses information collected through the Site. Information collected in the course of performing services under a written agreement, including manifest data, delivery records, and any vehicle or facility monitoring we maintain for security, safety, and compliance purposes, is governed by that agreement, by our internal policies, and by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims. Records relating to regulated cannabis operations are subject to minimum retention periods set by law.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the time period required by applicable law. Marketing Emails

If you receive marketing or informational email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link contained in the message or by contacting us directly. We may continue to send you transactional or administrative messages relating to an active inquiry, agreement, or account.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "do not track" signals. Because no common industry standard for responding to these signals has been established, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do not track visitors across third party websites for advertising purposes.

Adults Only; Children's Privacy

The Site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
